<p>Add time to for relaxation into your daily schedule. Sleep is not necessary or required for this step. This time is important so you can de-stress. For some people it&#8217;s time spent watching television. A nice relaxing walk is another great idea. You could take a long hot soak in the tub or read a chapter in a book. If you aren&#8217;t spending some time each day getting rid of stress it can lead to huge problems for your health. You can of course accomplish this in many ways. You can still live a healthy lifestyle without putting yourself through the ringer or depriving yourself of the things you love. You can work out and eat well without feeling even the tiniest bit inconvenienced. All you have to do to be healthy and fit is to make the decision to live better.
